Our P6/7 pupils recently participated in Restart a Heart Day (Scotland), an initiative designed to teach young people vital lifesaving CPR skills.

During the session, the children learned how to recognise the signs of a cardiac arrest, contact the emergency services, and perform CPR. They had the opportunity to practise chest compressions and gained valuable knowledge about how acting quickly in an emergency can help save lives.

The pupils engaged enthusiastically throughout the training and demonstrated excellent focus and maturity while learning these important skills. We are proud of their efforts and grateful to the organisers for providing such a worthwhile and potentially life-saving learning experience.
