Our Harvest Assembly was a wonderful celebration of gratitude and giving. The programme began with our P1-P3 children delighting the audience with their song, “Thank You Lord, for This New Day”, featuring a beautiful duet from Anna and Harry. P3 pupils Ada, Daniel and Zara then confidently shared the thoughtful Harvest prayers they had written.
We were delighted to welcome Alice McAlarry, who spoke to the children about the important difference between needs and wants, encouraging everyone to think about how we can support those less fortunate than ourselves.
The assembly concluded with a special celebration of reading achievement as Tommy was presented with the Accelerated Reader (AR) Cup. Congratulations, Tommy!
Thank you to all who helped make our Harvest Assembly such a meaningful occasion. It was a wonderful opportunity to join together and reflect on our blessings and the importance of helping others.
