Our pupils became mathematicians as they took part in a fascinating 6 LEGO Brick Challenge. Using just six LEGO bricks, they investigated how many different models could be created and discovered the importance of working systematically and methodically. By carefully recording their ideas, checking for duplicates, and exploring every possibility, the children developed their problem-solving, reasoning, and organisational skills. It was fantastic to see their perseverance, teamwork, and creativity as they worked together. A brilliant hands-on maths investigation that showed how powerful mathematical thinking can be!
